Something not working? Let's fix it.
Dirt Map is made by a small team in Australia. Email goes to a person, not a queue.

Quick fixes worth trying first
These account for most of what people write in about:
- Map is blank offline? Check the region actually finished downloading in Download Maps — a paused download looks identical to a finished one at a glance.
- Paid but Pro is not showing? Open Account and tap Restore Purchases.
- Trips missing on a new phone? Trips sync to your account. If you never added an email or Sign in with Apple, the account was device-only — link one before you switch phones.
Common questions.
Does it really work with no phone signal?
Which regions can I download?
Is there an Android or Android Auto version?
Three months free — what is the catch?
How much of it is free?
How much space does a region take?
Where does the map data come from?
Can I bring my own maps and tracks?
How do I delete my account and my data?
Deleting your account and your data
You can delete your Dirt Map account, and everything attached to it, from inside the app. You do not need to email us and you do not need to ask permission.
- Open Dirt Map and open the sidebar menu.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete Account. If you have never signed in, this appears as Delete All My Data.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes your trips, routes, markers, folders, ratings, track history and analytics events. It cannot be undone, so export anything you want to keep first.
If you cannot reach the in-app option, email kelvin@dirtmap.com from the address on the account, tell us your display name, and we will action it and confirm when it is done. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
